Jifiti is a gifting tech startup that partnered with moblers to build a unique mobile application that bridges the gap between online gifting and offline product experience. The core idea behind Jifiti was to simplify the process of gifting physical items — such as shoes or clothing — that require personal choice, color preference, and sizing.
Through the app, users could purchase a gift, and the recipient would receive a notification about their gift. Rather than having to deal with returns or wrong sizes, recipients were guided to the nearest physical store where they could try on and pick up the exact item that was bought for them — in the right fit and color.
moblers led the full development of the Jifiti gifting app, creating a seamless, user-friendly experience that redefines traditional gifting models by combining the ease of digital with the value of personal choice.
The challenge
Developing Jifiti presented several unique challenges in combining mobile UX with in-store logistics:
Gift Personalization with In-Store Fulfillment: Enabling users to gift specific products while leaving the final decision (size, color) to the recipient at the point of redemption.
Smart Notification and Redemption Flow: Delivering a simple yet powerful gifting flow from digital purchase to in-store collection.
Store Locator & Inventory Coordination: Helping recipients find the nearest store that stocks their gift item, ensuring a smooth handoff between digital and physical.
