About the Platform

Chegg, a leading U.S.‑based eLearning company, partnered with moblers to design and develop their own in‑house analytics and monetization platform, eliminating dependency on expensive third‑party tools.

Previously, Chegg relied on a variety of external analytics and monetization services to track and analyze user behavior across their mobile apps and web platforms. This fragmented approach was costly and lacked full control. Chegg’s goal was to centralize their analytics in one scalable, customized system — and moblers delivered.

We worked closely with Chegg’s product and engineering teams to craft a detailed specification and implementation plan for a fully integrated analytics solution. The system captures, tracks, and analyzes user events and interactions across all Chegg’s apps and web services, providing actionable insights and improving their monetization strategies.
